Sara was phenominal! We had Sara as our private guide! I cannot tell you how much of a delight she was. We have been on multiple tours from different countries and within the United States, and she was probably by far the best guide we have ever had. We love how much information she gave us about Medellin. The history, and her history with the city as well! Visiting Commune 13 was definitely a highlight of our trip so far and to be honest, if we did not have her we never would’ve went. We felt so safe with her and seeing what That area has become and should I say overcome has been absolutely incredible. We wish we could have her for every tour! Thank you Sara for making our trip here to Medellin unforgettable ❤️

Medellin Street Food and Drinks - Perfect Tour He had an amazing experience. We didn’t book ahead of time and there was no availability on the day we wanted to do the food tour. However, the company was so accommodating and worked so hard to get a tour guide for us. We are so thankful they did because our food tour was not only delicious but the perfect ending to our trip to Medellin. We ate delicious foods and learned so much about the Medellin Culture through our great guide. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Medellin. We were picked up from our hotel and driven to a more local area called Sabaneta where we got to eat great treats, try Aguardiente and a refreshing Refajo. The night culminated with a Picada antioqueña and a refajo, we were so happy and our bellies full.

Fun day trip This was a great day trip! Laura was our guide and was so friendly and knew tons of people at all of our stops. Because it was a Sunday and more busy we went to Guatapé first to miss more of the crowds, which was great. The coffee farm was fun and the owner was super friendly and a bit of a jokester. The coffee was great and we walked away with 7 lbs of coffee along with some chocolates made with coffee as well. Were coffee people so it didn’t take a huge sales pitch. It was really nice being more one on one. I can’t imagine riding in the large tour busses through the narrow and windy roads there.

An awesome Colombian experience! 10/10 The horse back riding and trip to the coffee plantation was amazing. Our guide, Sarah, was super knowledgeable and we learnt so much, not just about coffee, but also life in Colombia and how locals live. My wife and I are confident on horses so they let us trot and canter on the trail which was a lot of fun. The ride is ~10.5km which is decent! The views on the ride are amazing. Once at the coffee plantation we met the owner and his lovely family, who served the most delicious lunch. We then tasted the coffee brewed in 4 different ways. Highly recommend this tour! Thank you Sarah!

Absolute Must Do This tour was absolutely perfect. We loved every moment, including the drive, and really enjoyed Sarah, our guide. She was knowledgeable and gave us great tips on where to shop and what to eat. We especially loved the paragliding. It was the most incredible thing we have done. We wished we could do it again before we leave!

Amazing experience! Well worth it! Would do it again! Andres was amazing! Very knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions (and I had many!), very funny and flexible. The tour itself was a lot of fun. Not too far from Medellin, beautiful and peaceful setting. Very throughout review of every step of the process.

One of the graffiti you’ll appreciate

The street art throughout the whole neighborhood makes it more mind blowing knowing that most of them have a special meaning related to its history.

Comuna 13 is the place where the first open-air electrical escalators in the world were installed.

The escalators had a cost of USD 3,5 million and were built to help locals avoid walking up 350 stairs in a very steep hill.

After the graffiti tour section is finished we’ll have a traditional lunch at the coffee farm with an amazing fresh organic lemonade juice grown in the farm.

The coffee you enjoy every day has taken a long journey before being in your cup.

With this coffee tour in Medellin you get to know this amazing journey in detail.

The major attraction in this coffee tour in Medellin is the coffee farmer’s family, they are passionate about what they do and keen to make you feel part of their family.

To contribute to a better digestion we start our coffee tasting lessons with a Moka and an expert will give you an introduction into the world of Colombian coffee.

Then we start planting coffee seeds in a germinator to see the whole timeline until it grows into a tree.

Later on, we make our way to the coffee plantation to start picking beans by ourselves with a bucket and a farmer’s hat. Then you will depulp, ferment, dry, thresh, roast and grind the coffee beans.
