Andres was a fantastic guide and incredibly funny and knowledgeable regarding the coffee process. The farm was incredible and learning the process of producing a coffee bean is so humbling and I will be taking this knowledge with me back home to make perfect coffee. Thank you to the familia for sharing their beautiful farm and business and the stars of the show, Sombra and Orion, who we miss already!
