Our cancelation & refund policy varies depending on the moment of cancelation

For a full refund or not be charged (in case of cash on the tour’s day option), cancel until 24 hours before the tour begins, e.g., if your tour starts at 8 am it must be canceled before 8 am of the day before.

Cancelations between 12 hours and 24 hours before pick up time then 50% will be refunded or charged in case of cash on the tour’s day option. 

Cancelations less than 12 hours before pick up time will not be refunded or the tour will be 100% charged in case of cash on the tour’s day option.

If you need to cancel the tour please email us or text us on Whatsapp and we will take care of it.

We use PayPal to process all payments. PayPal issues refunds quickly, usually within a few minutes. However, credit card payments via PayPal normally take a bit longer, depending on the bank.

Why do we have to charge last-minute cancelations?

When we accept a reservation, bookings for that specific time slot or day are no longer available to other customers. Following a last-minute cancelation, it is very difficult for us to find an interested customer on such short notice.

In addition, many of our tour partners (ATVs, horses, farmers, paragliding pilots…) will charge us if we cancel last minute to them.

Exceptions for last-minute cancelations

Our main interest is that you have the greatest experience when you visit us in Medellín. We want to help you sort out any problems you may have related to your booking.

If you wish to request a refund following a last minute cancelation, we would appreciate it if you could send us proof of the situation that prevents you from taking part in the tour, such as a flight cancelation email, positive covid test results, hospital or police reports, or any other proof based on your circumstances. Our team will look into your request and give you a response within 48 hours.
