Sara was such a great guide. I did the chocolate farm tour (mostly because I’m not a coffee person). First, her English was fantastic. While I can follow some Spanish this allowed me to learn so much more from the moment I hopped in the car. Second, I appreciated the intimate nature of the tour… we did not land at some touristy farm that feels like disneyland, this was a real family farm, just us and the dogs running around. I learned so much and all I could think was I wish my family was with me because they’d have a blast. I’m going to book Guatapé/Comuna 13 next.
