Exceptional tour..Laura (our guide) and Sandra (family that owns the farm) and we have to also acknowledge Alicia whose farm we were not able to go to due to unforeseen weather reasons for an incredible experience. Laura has amazing energy, has a great way to present the processes of making coffee from the start of the plant, to the flower, to the bean and tahdah coffee. Sandra took us to pick beans and also Cocoa plants. Came back to learn the process of making coffee and we made our own chocolate bars all from scratch.. plant to roasting..
Beautiful Farm, beautiful Family and Laura has an amazing relationship with them. We feel very fortunate to have had such a great day.. we felt like family.
