Excellent tour with fantastic food and great guide
Next, the coffee experience at a small farm was really wonderful. The private lesson, from the very beginning steps of growing the coffee trees to processing the beans and brewing the coffee, was fascinating to learn about. And the lunch was also delicious— the sausage, egg, beans, and rice were incredible.
My only piece of feedback would be to not eat beforehand— there was so much great food, I could’ve had a completely empty stomach before the tour and still be quite satisfied!

Food was delicious, especially the empanadas! Our tour guide was not only knowledgeable about the food but also of Medellin!
Excellent opportunity to try traditional Medellin treats
All and all it was a great tour. We would highly recommend this company and this tour. Andreas showed his passion and love of his country and the food it has to offer. It gave us an opportunity to experience a part of Medellin we would not have been able to do on our own.

After exploring the market, we drive about 20 minutes to Sabaneta. This colorful town offers a much more local experience.

You will taste some of Antioquia's most beloved traditional foods. Your guide will also explain their history and cultural importance.
First, try a delicious arepa de chocolo. This sweet corn arepa is different from the traditional white arepa.
